The building itself feels very safe and well-kept. The lobby and common areas are always clean, and the management is quick to handle any issues. I use the gym downstairs a few times a week, which saves me a membership elsewhere, and it’s really convenient having visitor parking when friends or family come by. There’s also a nice sense of community in the building — people are friendly but respectful of each other’s space.

love how bright and airy my apartment feels. The large windows let in so much natural light, and I often find myself enjoying a coffee by the window in the morning. The layout is open, which makes it feel really spacious, and having modern finishes in the kitchen and bathroom makes everyday life just a little nicer. My favourite part is definitely the balcony — it’s my little spot to unwind after work or just enjoy a quiet evening.
