You will have the choice of either the master bedroom ($1525) with an ensuite or the second room ($1325). Either way you’ll have a private bathroom. The unit is 100% smoke free, pet free, and parties are not allowed. The room will be unfurnished but the living room is furnished with a couch, TV, dining table, etc. The location is very close to groceries, gyms, and the building as all the amenities like party room, gym, pool, games room, and more! It’s ready for move in with a lease beginning Dec 1 or January 1!

You’ll be sharing the unit with me, a young professional who is quiet (except for practicing my guitar) and very clean. I work hybrid and I’m pretty much only at work, at the gym, or at church. I don’t drink, smoke, or party, but I like to host a friend or two for lunch/dinner here or there. You’ll always get advanced notice if someone is coming to the house and I appreciate the same.
