Utilities are extra (around $40/month) — I cover 60% since since I bake often. Please note: no parking available.

I’m a home baker, so weekday kitchen use is limited, but you’ll have full access on weekends (I’m away every weekend). I’m fairly introverted and usually spend my time in the kitchen or in my room, so I’d appreciate a roommate who enjoys their own space and values a quiet, comfortable home.
