I am offering one private room in a 1bedroom, the rest of the apartment is shared. MRKT Lofts. Higher floor. Ideal for 1 m or 1 f or a couple.

The kitchen, bathroom, and living space would be shared.

You won’t find better city views. Views towards UOttawa, Rideau Center, Byward, and even Gatineau. Convenient—close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Easy walk to all of these locations, including Parliament.

There is a pool, sauna, and gym in the building. You also have access to a bar/restaurant right on the first floor of the AC Marriott.

I’m a friendly, calm, and slightly nerdy 40-year-old professional (a data analyst, and I also have an online education business). I enjoy business, sports, psychology, philosophy, politics, good restaurants or bars, gaming, programming, teaching, and travel. I studied psychology for undergrad at UOttawa and also did psychology master’s work at UCalgary. I’m renting out the room because I have some plans that came up that may take me to Southern Europe late next year (2026), , so I’d rather save more! Thank you!
