Hi, I’m looking for a room mate for April 1. I have a fully furnished bedroom available in a 3bdr 1.5 bath house (not a basement suite) that I‘m renting out, flexible dates. The house is located in beautiful Gordon Head near UVic and Mt. Doug, with direct Bus routes to UVic (#12, #39), Camosun Interurban (#39) and Victoria Downtown (#27, #28). The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk and 50inch TV. The room also comes with internet, streaming services and all other utilities included.

I‘m renting the furnished all inclusive room monthly for $1,400 single occupancy or $1,600 for a couple.

Unfortunately no other pets or kids.

I‘m late 30s, originally from Europe and the only other person living in the space. I love the outdoors and am easy going, but prefer a quieter home. I have a small dog part time (approx. 2 months on and off), see pics.
