Older maintained character house conveniently located 2 blocks from the Brandon university. Looking for mature, quiet individual to share space until lease is up in the summer, with the possibility of an extension. I do have a smaller hypo allergenic dog that is super chill and often comes to work with me. Room comes fully furnished. On site laundry, wifi, cable, utilities included in rental price.
