We have 3 beautiful, furnished rooms available in our house, just a 7-minute walk from Grouse Mountain and close to bus stops that take you to downtown or Lonsdale Quay. The rooms boasts a great view and are very cozy but also roomy. You’ll also have access to a large shared bathroom, High speed internet. Perfect for Grouse Mountain staff or students looking for convenience and comfort! Please note that the room is available for non smokers only and is intended for male tenants. We can take you to laundromats once a week to do your laundry. We cover the cost of one load weekly.

I live with my wife. We are active people. We do four days per week hiking. W are non smoker, we don’t party at house.
