1/3 private bedrooms available in east van, mount pleasant area heritage home. Pet friendly, laundry in building with street parking. All utilities included, wifi is extra. 2 bedroom on the main level, one being the avaiable room shown in the picture, upper level is the 3rd bedroom and additional living space that is sort of separate from the main unit. Property has some yard space for bike storage or whatever, no assigned parking.

Two single working adults, one man, one woman and one dog. Both work full time out of the house, im in property management and the lady works in childcare. Beau, the dog is an overly friendly 3y/o pitbull mix, the upper level is sectioned off for him and myself to leave the rest of the space to the other roommates, my rent is a bit more for it but i have no problem sharing for movie nights.

The ideal roommate would be mid twenties to late 30s, working fulltime preferably out of the house, nothing against working from home, just not the vibe. Be social and friendly, we like to maintain a free space for everyone to live how they choose. 420 friendly but no big parties. No qualms if you’d like to keep to yourself but definitely not interested in any serious introverts that cant make eye contact, speaking from experience.
