About the room
Located in East Van, this garden level suite is a cozy space for any working professional or student. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries and trout lake, as well as easy transit connections to downtown, Burnaby and UBC.
The bedroom is furnished and gets a lot of natural light in the mornings.
It is a garden suite so there is some light upstairs noise from the landlords, but the house is on a lovely residential street so there is minimal noise.
No smoking, pets, or parties.
About the roomies
I am a working professional in the film industry who loves cooking, baking and cozy gaming. I am quiet, respectful and tidy and always down to share a movie night or a meal. I work from 3 days a week and sometimes take on freelance projects in the evening.
The only other residents are my two Cats, both very gentle and friendly, if a bit chaotic at times.
Keeping a positive environment is very important to me. I want this place to feel like a home, not just a place you’re living in.
