Large Basement Room Sublet (for November 10th onward until May 1st)– Steps from Fanshawe

I’m looking for a girl (18–22) to take over my lease until May 1st since I’m heading out of town for placement starting November 10th. The room is in the basement of a 5-bedroom student house and it’s big, private, and comfortable. There’s a bathroom right downstairs, shared with only one other respectful roommate whose room is beside mine.

The house is in great shape with friendly roommates (4 other girls total). Upstairs you’ll find the shared kitchen, living room, and another bathroom. The top floor has 3 more rooms with their own bathroom. Everyone here is easygoing, clean, and focused on school.

Location couldn’t be better: • 2 minute walk to Fanshawe main campus • 10 minute drive to Western or King’s

The landlord is awesome—responsive, kind, and quick to fix anything.

Rent: $750/month, all utilities included. Note: my furniture and decor won’t be staying—room will be unfurnished.
