Beautiful shared 2 bdrm upper-loft style 3rd floor walk-up apartment centrally located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Within a 5 minute walk to Yonge and Bloor, Yorkville, University of Toronto, Queens Park, Church St village and several restaurants/bars/gyms/cafes.

Yonge subway line is a minute away providing single line access to Union Station; the central transit hub for the city.

The space is shared however the bedrooms are on the opposite end of the unit allowing you to have your own privacy. The room comes fully furnished with queen bed, linens and towels, flat screen tv with Apple Tv, desk and chair with side table and lamp.

You have access to all common areas and on-site laundry is available.

I’m a tech entrepreneur that works from home so would prefer someone that works outside the home most days. I cycle everywhere all year round and am very clean and quiet. Keep to myself but also open to conversation if you ever want to chat about life or your day.
