Hi! I’m a 40’s guy looking for a responsible, clean, quiet, and chill roommate to share MY FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED 2br 1000sq foot apartment in Fairwiew at West 12th Avenue and Hemlock Street..The room is large - it easily fits a queen bed and dressers etc. without being too crowded. It has a closet and some shelving that was installed awhile ago. Shelving can stay or be removed, your choice. Freshly painted.

All of the things in the common areas are pretty much yours to share: TV, furnishings, Kitchen equipment and appliances, etc. Just supply own food and personal products of course.

The building has been updated with new double-glazed windows and all new plumbing. There is shared laundry room in the building. Internet/WiFi is Telus Fibre optic. Pet friendly, I have a little rescue dog “Lola” who is pretty timid and mostly keeps to my room. She loves other dogs and isn’t bothered by cats.

The hood is amazing - South Granville shops and eateries, shopping, parks, 1 block to Granville to catch the #10 and 16 busses, and 3 blocks to West Broadway to catch the #9 or the 99-BLine to UBC. Easy connection to Skytrain stations.

Ideally I am looking for another guy, for a long-term rental. At least 6 months and preferably much longer. I have lived here for about 9 years, so I’m stable and not a flake lol. I’m fun/funny ( kind of believe I should have my own sitcom 🤣) and easy going with a kind nature. I like to keep to myself a lot and also can chat it up if someone’s interested. Very respectful of privacy and your personal space and essentially want a roommate to feel totally at home because this would be your home too and I would want you to be comfortable. NOTE: I’m cool with a couple as well - (Rent 1575 for 2 people.)

Just me. Mark. And my little dog Lola. Love to cook, bake, go out with Lola for walks or to visit friends, and like to also hang out and chill in my space. I work in customer service management. I am super responsible and can always be counted on to help out a friend. I’m also a lot of fun once you get to know me.
