Looking for a Female Roommate to share a – 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo (3rd Floor), with one other occupant, in the Carrington NW Area, Calgary AB.

I’ll be moving out and my current roommate is looking for a clean, neat, working female professional (age 20–30) to share our 2 bed, 2 bath condo starting mid-to-late October or by November 1.

About the unit: • Newer Development, less than 3 years old! • Furnished living room and kitchen. • The available bedroom can come furnished for an additional one time payment (includes bed, side table, and mirror). The room is more spacious than it looks!

• Rent: $925/month (includes 1 bedroom, 1 private bathroom, and use of all appliances). 1st and last months rent ($1850 total) will be required for the first month.

• Shared costs: renters insurance (~$22/month each) and electricity (usually under $50/month each). All other utilities included.

• The condo is on the 3rd floor with street parking available; sometimes extra stalls are available for sale by other tenants/landlords.

Some House Guidelines: • No drugs, smoking, vaping, or excessive parties. • No Pets allowed in this unit. • Respectful and tidy shared spaces. • Non-stationary appliances belong to current tenants but are shared.

Extras: • Portable AC in the living room. • The first two photos show the current living room and kitchen setup. • In-unit Laundry. • Self-contained heating system.
