About the room
Bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown New Westminster with large windows and plenty of natural light. The available room is unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own. The apartment has a calm, cozy atmosphere that feels relaxing to come home to after a long day.
The building includes a gym and coin laundry, and both street and building parking are available for an extra fee.
The location is ideal for transit. It’s a 5 minute walk to Columbia Station, about 15 minutes to Metrotown, and around 40 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Douglas College is close by, and there is easy access to SFU and BCIT.
The neighbourhood is walkable and welcoming with grocery stores, cafes, and local shops all within 10 to 15 minutes. City Avenue Market and Safeway are nearby, and London Drugs, Walmart, and other stores are just a short bus ride away.
About the roomies
I’m a legal assistant and part-time Radio and Journalism student. I like to keep things clean and comfortable without being overly strict about it.
I’m pretty chill and laid back, and I like when home feels calm and easy to be in. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, and I appreciate a balance between being social and having quiet time. Movie nights or small hangouts in the living room are always nice, and I’m totally fine with my roommate having friends over.
When I’m home, I usually unwind with music, go to the gym, or watch something in the evenings. My playlists are all over the place, but usually a mix of R&B, chill house, pop, and rap.
I try to keep the energy at home relaxed, respectful, and genuine. I’m the type of person who can hold a good conversation but also enjoys just existing comfortably in the same space.
