my roommate said she might be breaking our lease and moving out this winter, so i may be in need of a new roommate starting in the new year! move in date may vary :) posting early as a contingency plan.

located right at jane station on line 2, everything you need in walking distance — green p lot across from us, shoppers, no frills, endless restaurants, boutiques, animal clinics/stores, weed shops, tim hortons, high park, pharmasave, bmo, etc! bloor west village is such a green, clean, nice area

our place has in unit washed and dryer, full appliances in kitchen, working fire alarms, fire escape, plenty of windows, high ceilings, locking doors, lots of storage, and will come with a furnished shared space since i’ve been living here for a year and a half now :) key, fob, and 416 area code intercom available. we’re a no smoking building so please smoke outside or just hit a pen lol

we pay for hydro and wifi as they come to us, wifi is $200 every couple months, and hydro is monthly (usually less than $100)

hey im amy !! i’m the only other person in the unit, im looking for another stable female roommate in her 20s. i keep a decorated but tidy and clean space, i love my trinkets and having a fun, artsy personality in my home and hopefully that’s something you like too! i work 2 jobs so im rarely home, but when i am im very quiet for the most part, usually just catching up on my sleep and chores and listening to something aloud. i do love to host and have people over on the occasional weekend / holiday which you’re more than welcome to join too! i also have my boyfriend over a couple nights a week after work but he’s respectful as well. feel free to have your own company over too of course. i’m open to a healthy balance of socializing and keeping to our own depending on what you’re looking for, and healthy, kind communication skills on a roommate level :-)
