Basement level of a single detached house, private room, bathroom and living room, mostly furnished. Shared kitchen. Parking right outside front door. Easy access to Whitemud and Henday. Close to to all amenities.

You would only be sharing the house with me (50ish women) and my elderly dog. I live on the top floor, you would have basement level and the kitchen is on the middle floor, the main level is a buffer between living spaces. I am completely chill and extremely laid back. The only rules are: -rent must be paid on time -If you are entertaining guests do it in your private space and guests leave when you leave
