Quiet neighborhood tucked away near Cowichan District Hospital. Easy walk to downtown or 7-11.

Neighbors are very good and respectful! Decent size room, fits king size bed and two nightstands. New floor and paint.

Separated with three kids, work Monday to Friday, kids are gone by 6pmish and stay every other weekend. Super respectful, I ensure this! I smoke weed but not on the property. Lots of yard space and privacy. The children situation could change as I may be working from Langford soon. All amenities are provided! Place is run down due to poor upkeep from owner. Im trying to make it more livable. The bathroom needs to be renovated badly, but 100% functional.

Just be kind, pick up after yourself. Im easy going just a little broke at the moment lol.
