Attached to the master is a private bathroom and the bathroom upstairs has the only shower in the house so of course that is available for you to use as well.

I am an active local musician and will have occasional band practices at the house but I keep it respectful and don’t play much after 10pm. Looking for an easy going roommate that can cohabitate with no issues, if that’s you let me know! Roommate criteria- 1 male individual who is clean and respectful. I like to keep my environment clean and peaceful. Things like washing dishes and putting things away after you use them are expectations.
