You have the ground floor, 3 rooms, plus a bath room, plus a kitchen area, with a fridge, and it’s own entrance that exits off the garden, and a gorgeous green space that deer and quail love right behind us. I need the shared washer and dryer off the kitchen in your space, and you need the oven/stove on the 2nd floor in my space. You have the first floor, and I have the 2nd and 3rd, we have separate entrances, and can have very separate existences. I am looking for a housemate who wants their own space, and respects mine. I work from home, and like music loud occasionally, we can talk about that, and ensure that we aren’t impacting each other poorly. The house is 1.5km from the lake and Bernard Ave, about a 15 minute walk downtown. A great grocery store, and a walking community. The space is unfurnished.

I am the only housemate, a 55 year old woman who loves music, Digweed, good food, cooking, yoga, dancing under the full moon, deck time, sailing, and time with my small dog and friends.
