You’ll be sharing the main floor with 1 other roommate on who has the master bedroom and their own private bathroom.

Rent will include: All utilities / high speed internet / wifi / free on-street parking / shared kitchen on main floor / shared laundry on lower level.

Looking for someone mature and responsible to share a non-smoking, pet free home. Rent reduction for airline staff or anyone not around much due to out of town work, school, etc…

Close to all amenities at Crowfoot Village and Beacon Hill. Quick transit Bus #138 to Crowfoot LRT Station.

Terms are a month to month roommate agreement with no locked in lease. Available November 30th.
