📍 Location: West 6th & Balaclava – a quiet, tree-lined street just a 7-minute bike ride to the beach, with easy access to both West 4th and Broadway.

Each bedroom is unfurnished and includes a built-in wardrobe. There’s free street parking, indoor bike storage area, and the landlord is open to cats. The suite has a bright, modern layout and a calm atmosphere. I’ll be furnishing my room on Nov 1st, so I can help with Ikea or Marketplace trips if needed.

I’m hoping to create a relaxed and friendly home where everyone feels comfortable, sharing the occasional meal, chat, or movie night while maintaining a respectful and tidy environment.

I’m a 25-year-old working in tech who moved over recently from the UK. I enjoy art, music and everything outdoorsy (skiing/snowboarding, biking). I’ve lived in shared homes for several years and value good communication and cleanliness.

The other roommate is 24F and will be working the ski season on one of the local mountains.

Ideally, I’m looking for considerate, easygoing roommates who appreciate a tidy, relaxed home and enjoy the balance of both privacy and community.
