Private bedroom available in a quiet townhouse located in Harbord Village, just a 7–10 minute walk from UofT’s downtown campus and close to Kensington Market. The rent is $850 per month plus $20 for Wi-Fi. The room is unfurnished, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me.

I’m looking for a female roommate (19-24) who’s a young professional or a student. Someone reliable, tidy, and good at problem-solving if something small goes wrong around the house. It’s important to me that we both respect each other’s space and communicate openly.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and central, with everything you need within walking distance. Move-in date is November 1st

I’m a 20-year-old female UofT student, clean, social, and outgoing, but I really value a calm and tidy home environment where I can recharge and rest. I care a lot about keeping shared spaces clean and organized.
