Hi! I am looking for a roommate to share my suite in a fourplex. All of the utilities are included in the rent. Looking for November 1st move in. There is street parking. The area is cozy and close to UofC, Mount Royal, Glenmore and Stoney Trail. (Plus, easy transit access). This will be a lease take over kind of situation. There also is in suite laundry. The lease is a month to month! (Photos of the room have my current roommate’s furniture, when you’re moving in it will be unfurnished). Looking preferably for a roommate between the ages of 18-25

I’m a 23 year old female with a dog named Athena. I spend a lot of time painting, drawing, etc and I’m overall pretty quiet and laid back. I love to read, I love heavy metal and I work full time so I’m usually not home during the day. I have applied to pursue a master’s degree and if I get in, I will be relocating in July or August of 2026
