About the room
Hello!
I am a woman looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment. You would get the master bedroom with walk in closet. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. Utilities are not included but average out to about 1100 a month (wifi and hydro bill). There is laundry in the building or a laundromat is located across the street. Parking is available with a 60$ a year street parking permit.
*Please note that the bedroom is unfurnished and that some of the furniture in the shared spaces are my roommates and will be removed/replaced once they move out
Building is a less than 2 minute walk from Moody Central Station which has access to the West Coast express and millennium skytrain. Walking distance to many buses, retail stores and breweries.
Half of the deposit will need to be paid - 500$. Pet deposit is an additional 1000.
No cats (I’m allergic sorry!) LGBTQ+ Friendly Female/non-binary preferred
About the roomies
Hi! I am a 24 year old female Archaeologist looking to rent the second bedroom in my current apartment. I am clean and quiet. I am also away frequently for work from anywhere between a week to a month at a time so definitely looking for a nice chill and clean home base to come back to after being away for work. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, reading spending time with friends!
