The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The room is currently unfurnished. We’re a short walk to Mundy Park, Save-On Foods, a nearby bus stop, and an 8 minute drive to the Skytrain.

The house has a dishwasher, an in-suite washer/dryer, and a garbage disposal. There’s also garden space outside, which we can share come spring. The place is pretty spacious; the pictures don’t do it justice.

Rent is 1000 + utilities. References/employment info are preferable, but can be worked around if you’re a student.

I’m 37, pretty relaxed, I have a WFH job, I love to cook, and can be as private or sociable as you’d prefer.
