Private bedroom available in a quiet townhouse located in Harbord Village, just a 10 minute walk from UofT’s downtown campus and close to Kensington Market. The rent is $850 per month plus $20 for Wi-Fi. The room is unfurnished, and you’ll be sharing one bathroom and a kitchen with me.

I’m looking for a female roommate (19–24) who’s a young professional or a student. Someone reliable, tidy, and good at problem-solving if something small goes wrong around the house. It’s important to me that we both respect each other’s space and communicate openly.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and central, with everything you need within walking distance. It’s perfect if you want a peaceful home close to campus and the city’s best places. Move-in date is November 1st, and unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
