I am posting on behalf of my roommate.. we are renting out a bright room in a 3-floor house. would prefer to have the room unfurnished (you bring your own bed etc) but if you need a bed in there. We can talk about furnishing it.

The room is upstairs, and you’ll be sharing the house with access to a full accessed kitchen, two bathrooms, and a backyard. There’s also a cozy den area on the main floor that could work perfectly for times when you may need to use your laptop etc.

The location is great—you can walk to the GO station in 5 minutes (about a 20-minute ride downtown), and the TTC bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with beautiful trails and parks nearby. If you’re into biking, the trails connect all the way down to the lake and continue east or westwards

And you won’t miss out on convenience—there are tons of food options, restaurants with all different cuisines, grocery stores, Walmarts, and everything else you might need close by. It’s really the best of both worlds here: nature, culture, and amenities all in one place.

So a little about us—the roommates! Right now, there are just two of us living here.

My name’s Joss, When I’m not working, I love drawing, painting, going to music events, camping, gaming, or just heading out on little adventures. Honestly, I’m down for almost anything—so whether you’re looking for someone to share hobbies with, or you’re more of a keep-to-yourself type, I can totally vibe with both!

My roommate is pretty similar. He’s a big nature person and loves taking his two dogs out for hikes (oh yes—he has two dogs, and they are the sweetest, most loving pups). When he’s home, he usually keeps to himself, or may invite you to watch a show or movie.. He’s pretty laid back, but always willing to help out if you ever need something.

So overall, it’s a pretty chill and friendly vibe in the house—we respect each other’s space, we take turns with cleaning / helping eachother out maintaining the house. So whether you’re outgoing or If you prefer to fully keep to yourself that’s totally cool with us :)

Currently we have another room mate as well but he is moving out December 1st. So it’s only a month of november.
