I’m looking for a roommate to share this lovely 2 bedroom house directly outside Lansdowne station on Emerson ave!

Accessibility: not accessible, 1 flight of stairs into the apartment and 1 flight to the bedrooms

About the space: The bedroom available has a closet, large windows overlooking the trees in the back yard and its own private 3 piece ensuite bathroom. The apartment itself occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a house, lots of beautiful exposed brick and hardwood floors, ensuite laundry units, a large front balcony that gets tons of light and a well-equiped kitchen. The unit downstairs is occupied by a single mother and her 2 teenagers who are very lovely. The bedroom and office are not furnished, however the rest of the house is partially furnished.

hi! I’m Lizzy, a 29 year old, vegan, queer afab person (any pronouns are cool). Im generally quiet in the house but like to socialize with who i live with, watch tv together, cook together ect and enjoy a communal style living (sharing groceries, chores, cooking). I’m a chef by profession-so you know the kitchen has all the fancy gadgets! I work mostly evenings (3-11pm) but am considerate of people’s sleep schedules and needs in regards to noise. I do have friends over time to time but we keep things very low-key and low-substance.

I have 2 dogs both 4 years old, cian & nua. They are shep-huskey-golden mixes who are very sweet and love to cuddle, however, they aren’t the best with other animals so I’d prefer no pets but cats are usually okay!
