Renting our basement bedroom with a queen bed. It would be a shared basement but the wife and I never use the basement so you’ll have it to yourself basically. There is a 1.5 bathroom and living room with a 75“ TV downstairs for your convenience. There is a shared shower and kitchen upstairs. Also have a great home gym setup.
