About the room
Very spacious private room with a closet in a 2 bedroom basement suite. The entrance is shared with the suite above, and we have a fenced yard. Everything else is shared with just a roomie! (bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living room.) All utilities (heat, electricity, water and internet) are a flat rate and included in the rent. There is street parking around the building, and it is nearby Shouldice Park, Shouldice Aquatic Centre, and a walking distance from Safeway.
I am looking for one individual to share the space & rent with!
About the roomies
Hello! I am a non-binary individual that works full-time. I have a small cat and a small dog that are very cuddly and loving. I do not drink, smoke, or party. I am pretty easygoing and open with communication. I enjoy reading, playing video games, and sleeping quite frankly.
There are two people in the suite above who also have a dog.
