I have a large basement with washroom in a lovely house on a quiet street. There is a separate entrance for some privacy but you would share kitchen/porch/garden. The house is super clean and close to parks and trails. Great local foods and close to subway.

I am an older artist, my son comes home from Uni for shared holidays. I travel a lot. I’m social but there is enough room in the house for privacy.
