Hello! We are seeking someone to rent out the third bedroom in our townhouse. The room is located on the second floor, alongside both other bedrooms, and has a spacious closet. The room is 9’10“ x 9’5“ with the additional 4’10“ x 2’2“ closet, and faces the forested backyard with no rear neighbours. We have 2 living areas, one on the main floor and one in the basement , 1 half bathroom, 1 full bathroom, a dining area, a gym area, in-unit washer and dryer and a private backyard. We have 1 large friendly dog, we’re getting a kitten, and have 2 aquariums (so far). We are an end unit of a townhouse complex that is a 5 minute drive/ 25 minute bus ride to Algonquin college. The 600 dollar deposit is just last months rent :)

We are two couples, aged 22 to 24 all either in school and/or working. We have lived here two and a half months now and are tidy and respectful. We all grew up in Ottawa and have known each other for a long time. We will be happy to answer any questions about ourselves or the property so send them our way and we will get back to you ASAP.
