Quiet area of city. Will share bathroom upstairs with a second roommate. Kitchen is shared by household and fully equipped. I will have my own fridge and bathroom downstairs but will require some access to kitchen.

I work full time days 10-5 my son is 16 and in school. We are quiet but not opposed to activity in the house within reason. Just a mutual respect for each others privacy and noise tolerance is expected. We can discuss that in more detail.
