November 1st - December 1st. We’re looking for another roommate to join our spacious, two-story furnished loft in downtown Toronto. The loft is a rare gem, with original architecture, roof access, a garden-ready space, a wellness area, two bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. You’ll also enjoy shared access to the living room, kitchen, library, and common areas, all beautifully furnished. Our current housemates are a friendly mix of creatives and business owners ranging from 20’s- 30’s. If you’re looking for a vibrant and welcoming community, the rent is $1,450 for the month, including Internet, heat, and water.
