This room is located in a large home on a 1/2 acre in central Nanaimo, close to all amenities and on a bus route. The main bathroom/laundry room is shared as well as the kitchen. There are two other bathrooms in the house. The room comes furnished and is on the bottom floor of house. Room includes internet, hydro, and garbage. You would be responsible for your own personal food, hygiene products, and laundry soap. Pitching in on paper towel, aluminum foil, dish soap and toilet paper is good. We have animals. Lots of space in the yard to enjoy. There is a fire pit, and hot tub.

We are a family of three with a lovely quiet female tenant in the room across for the one available.
