Very calm area in the heart of downtown Toronto. Literal steps away from OCAD University, University of Toronto (10 min walk), at the intersection of Queen Street. 15 min commute to Union station. Amazing, modern condo (2021) with amenities (rooftop with BBQ). Room is furnished (essentials: desk, bed, office chair), with plenty of storage space. Flexible with the start date starting around mid-December. Sublet available till mid-June 2026, with the possibility of renewing directly with the landlord. Will prioritize those willing to pay off furniture in room. Rent can be negotiated as a consequence.
