The house is a beautiful post-war bungalow that has not been updated style-wise since the 1960s. We keep a lot of old objects/furniture around the house. There is a large basement and lots of storage spaces. Car parking is available with no extra charge but single lane so you’d have to be chill with moving your car often. No cats/dogs/rabbits as there is a rabbit living in the house. Small pets are generally ok, just ask first. 20 minute walk to Blair Station/Groceries Photos taken during staging. That’s not our furniture, I just need to clear space on my phone before I take new photos. First and last required. Contract is month to month. Room can come with a twin sized bed frame and old mattress if you want them.

We all share the common spaces and live fairly communally. Groceries, pots, pans, plates, utensils, laundry detergent etc is shared. We each have a private cupboard shelf for not communal food. Elias they/he 26 loves studying history, being active, and being creative. Caleb he/him 27 loves studying history, literature, and art. Sara she/her 22 loves libraries, ttrpgs, and Lego. Churro 4, Elias’s rabbit. He’s quick, bossy and loves attention.
