Welcome to The Grand on King George - Surrey’s first luxury high-rise blending style, comfort, and convenience. The building is located within walking distance to SFU’s Surrey campus and just steps away from Gateway SkyTrain - perfect for students. The bedroom has it’s own private ensuite washroom, and shared the living room, kitchen and washer/dryer with the other roommate. The room can be rented for $1450/month unfurnished, or $1650/month furnished. All utilities and internet bills are shared 50%. All building residents have access to the building gym, VR room, social lounge, meeting spaces, and rooftop park. Room comes with 1 parking spot and the building has a 24/7 concierge.
