The medium sized room is available for $550 + utilities.
It is a private room in a house, which is in a prime location. Superstore, 7/11, Martindale LRT Station, Crossing Park School, and 4 different parks/playgrounds plus more are all under a 10 minute walk.
We have 2 separate twin rooms available. Both are priced the same.
The shared amenities are: Bathroom - Features a full sized shower. Laundry - Large Samsung Washing Machine, and Drying machine. Kitchen - Brand new large Samsung refrigerator, as well as a brand new microwave. Also includes a dual sink, dishwasher, and a stove. Living area - Modest living room area, with a big window that features the street and the park, located directly in front of the house.

About the roomies
