It is a private room in a house, which is in a prime location. Superstore, 7/11, Martindale LRT Station, Crossing Park School, and 4 different parks/playgrounds plus more are all under a 10 minute walk.
The shared amenities are: Bathroom - Features a full sized bath. Laundry - Large Washing Machine, and Drying machine. Kitchen - Good condition large refrigerator, as a microwave. Living area - Modest living room area, that has an open-air build, which also includes the kitchen on the far side, allowing for extra available space.
