Hi everybody! I am looking for a 2nd person (ideally also a guy in their 20s) to sign a lease on this apartment with. You’d be taking the master bedroom (shown in the picture)

It is located right in front of the lake at Spadina/Queens Quay, with a great view of the skyline and the lake. Union Station is a 10 minute walk away, as well as pretty much any office in the Financial District. There’s a Sobeys and a Farm Boy within 10 mins walking distance.

The room can easily fit a queen bed and a desk and have plenty of room left over, as seen in the pictures. It’s considerably bigger than most rooms in condos in Toronto.

There is laundry available on the same floor as the unit.

The base rent works out to be $1200/each, plus another $150 each for utilities so it be roughly $1350 total.

Looking to move in ideally before mid November.

Note: The unit is unfurnished, the photos are from the previous tenant and for reference. We’d have to buy furniture and get it in there.

I’m 24 and I work in transportation, so I won’t be around very often. I’m pretty chill about everything and am pretty easy to get along with. I like skiing, board games, and drinking. Looking for someone with similar vibes.
