The property is a bungalow located next to Burnette park. It has two huge living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, and a laundry unit on the main floor. The house has a 70s edge and renovated where necessary. The room has a lot of storage space, with 2 huge windows looking out to the backyard and park :) Bills and parking included and visitors allowed within reason!

We are 3 very chill individuals, 2 guys and a women ( + 1 dog for half the year), with different schedules and lifestyles. We often say our “hi”s in the morning and sometimes debrief about our days at night. We are looking for a 4th person (preferably woman to balance out the house) to join our home who matches our energy and is down to live in a place that feels like an episode from Friends.
