I have one large sunny, furnished room available from November 1st 2025 onwards. Room: Large (13 x 10 ft), bright, furnished: Queen bed, 2 closets, bookcase, desk, mini fridge. $950/month + ~$35–40 utilities, 50-60 in summer with AC. Bed linens provided. Bell wifi, fast, around $75 a month. Free access to Apple TV and Paramount. Perfect for students or young professionals.

Location: Eglinton-Yonge, on the 3rd floor of 3-story red brick walk-up. 5 min to subway, 20 min to downtown/U of T. Multiple bus routes: Bus 32 along Eglinton, 13A (to U of T), 5 and 61 stop in front of the door. Bus 34 and 56 east are two blocks away: easy access to Toronto’s East End and The Beaches. Easy access to The Beltline Trail by foot, bike and bus. Direct overnight bus to Pearson Airport.

Shared Spaces: Living room (after 5 pm weekdays, full access weekends), kitchen (next to my room, which is partitioned from kitchen with heavy curtains), bathroom. Building has a garden with BBQ and laundry in basement.

Household: • Sober, smoke-free, quiet after 9 pm • COVID-safe: air filters, masks in shared spaces • Cleaning person comes once a month for 4 hours for shared spaces • Pets: must be okay with cats/dog, litter boxes, potty pad • Not wheelchair accessible. Building’s hallways are well-lit with railings.

You: Kind, quiet, tidy, pet-friendly, vaccinated/boosted. Refugees, new immigrants and older folks are very welcome. I am searching for a 2S/trans, cis woman, or nonbinary person.
