This will be a sublease agreement between my co-tenant and I. 6 months minimum with opportunity to go month to month. The 6 months is just to see if we are all compatible living together 🙂

NEIGHBOURHOOD: Located between Bay Station and Museum Station (about 5 minute walk). Accessible to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. A nice stroll away from Queens Park.

BEDROOM: Room may be available for Dec 1st The bedroom is very spacious with great natural lighting with a big closet! room is no longer this colour and painted all white

AMENITIES: • Laundry in accessible in the building • Gym • Swimming Pool • concierge will hold Canada post packages for you and other carriers will come directly to our door • Bike room (accessible with buzzer) • If you have a 416/647 number you can sign up for a buzz code for entrance when having guests.

Hello, my name is April (she/her) born and raised in Toronto and work from home in the legal field! I have a cat named Spinelli and she truly is precious 🥹 Spinelli is sensitive to other animals so we unfortunately cannot have another furry animal. My partner and I share a room together (our bedroom is in another corridor of the flat).

I am very grateful to live with compatible late 20 to early 30y/o’s who are driven, creative, love a good time also respecting boundaries with clear communication. We also take turns maintaining a clean living space ❤️

We have some get togethers here and there with friends but we are not a party home unless we all agree to host!
