1. The place is fully furnished — TV, comfy couches, air fryer, ensuite laundry, two microwaves, and all the essentials. The room itself is empty and all yours to make your own.
2. The building has great amenities: a nice gym, outdoor pool, media room, and yoga studio.
3. It’s an 8-minute walk to Yonge & Eglinton station, 4 minutes to Loblaws, 8 minutes to Metro — plus tons of restaurants, shops, and cafés all within 10 minutes.
4. I have a cat, so unfortunately, no other pets — but I’d love someone who’s kind to animals.
5. There are two lovely balconies, and you’re welcome to use both.
6. You’ll have your own bathroom — it’s the one with the bathtub, though I might use it occasionally for a soak.

Looking for someone who’s responsible for shared stuff and keeps things in good shape. Someone cool, easygoing, and tidy — just the kind of person who naturally cleans up after themselves. Nice to pets and being okay with being around a cat.
