One bedroom in a 1 year old two bedroom , one bathroom basement suite. Looking for a roommate who is okay with dogs as I have one dog. Looking for someone who does not smoke and does not party. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and I am furnishing the unit except for the bedroom. Laundry and a dishwasher are included in the unit. Lots of storage space.
