I am a 43 year old father of two amazing girls, age 9 and 4. I work out of town Monday-Thursday and during this time the whole house is empty. I have my girls Friday -Sunday and they stay at my house in their shared room. House is large with a full spare bedroom and bathroom in the finished basement. I’m looking for someone to rent the basement room. You will have access to the whole house, brand new kings size Douglas Supreme mattress, games room with pool table, air hockey, darts and arcade, and 3GB/s internet and wifi. I’m very clean and love cooking and baking for my girls. Place is a 2018 Duplex 2500sqft located in Capitol Hill. Reason for female only is because I’m not comfortable with a male with my two daughters. Thanks for understanding.
I am a very clean working professional and my two girls are the absolute best. If you don’t mind kids then you’ll adore them. They are only at the home Friday afternoon to Sunday night
