Hi! We are looking for a roommate to fill an empty bedroom in a 3 bedroom house. Rent is $700 per month plus utilities, which average an additional $100 a month, plus internet which is another $28.25 per person monthly. Availability from Nov 1st onward. Just across the road there is Zehrs, Shoppers Drugmart and other amenities. 5 minute walk to Pergola Commons. Route 5, 56 bus stops at the end of the street. 7 min walk to 99N/S and GO stop on Gordon. 10 min bus ride to the Uni.

Myself and another female tenant are living here. We keep pretty neat and tidy and are looking for someone with similar habits. Hoping to make the anxiety of living with strangers a little easier, we’d like to get to know you, and you to know us!
