Private room approx 10x12 feet with a large closet. $1650 per month plus utilities & internet (approx $60 per month), locker space included and is rent controlled. Parking available for rent in the building at an additional cost. Condo has gym, sauna, pool/hot tub as well as party room, Business area, etc.
