We’re seeking a lovely, tidy, and respectful housemate to join our intentional community, located in scenic Ramsay (minutes from downtown)!

What We Offer ($800/month): Your private room and access to three shared bathrooms and common spaces. ⚡All utilities (including internet) are included A huge backyard oasis with a garden, firepit, pool (seasonal), BBQ, and event stage. We encourage you to use and help maintain these spaces! 🧑‍🤝‍🧑A social environment that hosts monthly themed potlucks, occasional DJ sets, day festivals, and holiday events. Our Core Expectations: 🧹Community & Cleanliness: Must commit to our weekly house cleaning point system (tracked on Discord) and attend bi-weekly 💓“Heart Circles” (structured check-ins for clear communication, accountability, and resolving issues). 💵Financial Stability: Must be able to pay bills and manage personal well-being without housemates acting as a caregiver. 🗣️Respect & Communication: Must maintain constant respect for all housemates and the space, regardless of differences (ideas, beliefs, neurodivergence, etc.). Be open to tough conversations. 🌿Substance Policy: We are 420 friendly and welcome psychedelics (with notice). Absolutely NO hard drugs (cocaine, meth, crack, heroin, etc.). Nicotine smoking must be done outside; vaping only in your private room. 🐈🐈Pets: You must be okay with two lovely cats and cannot bring any other animals. Interested? I am not the landlord but a tenant helping out our house manager with posting ads for our vacant rooms, and I’ve been very happy renting here for over 3 years. Currently there are 5 roommates and we have 6 bedrooms. There are a total of 3 full baths, as well as 2 laundry rooms, and in my over three years of living here I’ve never had to wait for a bathroom or to use a laundry machine. All of us currently in the house vary in our activities and careers, with varying interests. I work in healthcare social services, others work in the restaurant, fitnees, and insurance industries.
